Chando is currently living in New York City. Chando was a student at Manhattan College before becoming an actress. Chando played the character Maddie Coleman in the TV soap show As The World Changes between 2005 and 2007 and, for a short period starting late 2009 when she returned to the character. Alexandra started her career in acting with the TV series House Blend in which she played Jenna Harper. As the World Turns was the American soap opera on television that CBS had over three years. Maddie Coleman played the role. Chando was a part of the American documentary films True life and Sherri in 2009, and was also a part of the Maddie Coleman character in As the World Turns. She starred two episodes in the American comedy drama Glory Daze. Also, her credits in TV include Castle as well as Hindsight.
